Create Account

ACT3 AI accounts are created at app.act3ai.com. Registration is free and takes under two minutes. After signing up, you immediately receive free-tier credits and can start your first project.

How to Sign Up

  1. Go to app.act3ai.com
  2. Click Sign Up
  3. Enter your full name, email address, and a password (minimum 8 characters)
  4. Check the box to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  5. Click Create Account
  6. Open the confirmation email and click Verify Email
  7. Log in with your credentials — you will land on the Dashboard

You can also sign up using a Google or Apple account by clicking the respective button on the sign-up page. No password is required when using social sign-in.

Personal vs. Organization Accounts

Personal Account — For individual creators. One user, one billing plan, one credit balance. Best for independent filmmakers, social media creators, and anyone working alone.

Organization Account — For teams and studios. Multiple users share a workspace, asset library, and credit pool under a single subscription. Best for production teams, agencies, studios, and education groups.

You start with a personal account. You can create or join an organization at any time from the Dashboard. See Teams for full details.

LinkedIn Authentication

Free and Community plan accounts require LinkedIn authentication to reduce account abuse and ensure account authenticity. When signing up for a Free or Community account, you will be prompted to connect your LinkedIn profile. The connection is read-only — ACT3 AI does not post anything to LinkedIn on your behalf.

Standard, Business, and Enterprise plans use email/password or SAML SSO and do not require LinkedIn.

What You Get at Sign-Up

When you create a new account:

  • 800 free credits on the Free plan to start generating right away
  • 50 MB cloud storage for projects and assets
  • Access to AI generation, camera controls, character casting, and animation features
  • Access to the AI Wizard for script-to-video guidance

The Free plan is available for the first 6 months of active use. After 6 months, an upgrade to Standard ($35/month) or higher is required. All Free-plan videos include a watermark. See Billing for plan details and upgrade options.

Managing Your Account

Once logged in, your account settings are at Settings → Account (click your profile icon in the top-right corner).

From Account Settings you can:

  • Update your name, email address, and profile picture
  • Change your password
  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA)
  • Manage active sessions and sign out of devices
  • Connect or disconnect social sign-in (Google, Apple)
  • Manage notification preferences

Upgrading Your Plan

To unlock more credits, remove watermarks, and access advanced features, upgrade from Settings → Plans and Billing. You can upgrade at any time — changes take effect immediately.

Troubleshooting

Didn't receive the confirmation email — Check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, use the Resend Confirmation Email link on the login page.

Password reset not working — Use the password reset form at app.act3ai.com/password-reset. If the reset email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or contact support.

Social sign-in not working — Make sure pop-ups are allowed in your browser. If you previously created an account with a different method using the same email, use that sign-in method instead.

Account locked after too many login attempts — Wait 15 minutes and try again, or use the password reset link.
