Create Your Account

Creating an ACT3 AI account gives you access to the full platform including project creation, the AI Wizard, digital actors, and video rendering. Accounts are free to create and can be upgraded at any time.

Sign Up

  1. Go to app.act3ai.com
  2. Click Sign Up on the login page
  3. Enter your full name, email address, and a password (minimum 8 characters)
  4. Check your inbox and click the verification link
  5. Log in with your new credentials

You will land on your dashboard, where you can start your first project immediately.

LinkedIn Authentication for Free and Community Plans

Free and Community plan accounts require LinkedIn authentication. This reduces account abuse and confirms account identity for trial-tier users.

When you sign up for a Free or Community account, you will be prompted to connect your LinkedIn profile. The connection is read-only — ACT3 AI does not post anything to LinkedIn on your behalf.

Standard, Business, and Enterprise plans use email/password or SAML SSO and do not require LinkedIn.

Personal vs Organization Accounts

Personal Account — For individual creators working solo. All projects, assets, and credits belong to you.

Organization Account — For teams who need shared projects, pooled credits, and role-based permissions. One owner controls billing; members are invited by email and assigned roles (Admin, Editor, Viewer).

You can start with a personal account and create or join an organization later from your account settings.

What You Get on Sign-Up

Every new account starts with:

  • 800 free credits to generate previews and explore features
  • Access to all core tools: script editor, AI Wizard, digital actors, editor, and timeline
  • 50 MB of cloud storage

The free tier is available for your first 6 months. After that, a paid plan is required to continue generating content.

Account Management

Once logged in, your account settings are accessible from the profile icon in the top-right corner. From there you can:

  • Update your name, email, and profile picture
  • Change your password or enable two-factor authentication (2FA)
  • View and manage your subscription plan
  • Check your credit balance and purchase additional credits
  • Manage team members if you run an organization

Troubleshooting

Didn't receive the confirmation email? Check your spam or junk folder, then use the resend option on the login page.

Forgot your password? Use the reset form at app.act3ai.com/password-reset.
